Partners in Poetry--ayaz daryl nielsen and Peggy Dugan French, United States

can’t turn away
By ayaz daryl nielsen and Peggy Dugan French, United States

things will blend together, as they do
you can’t turn away
new beginnings approaching
true Spring has yet to set in
your memory returns with the iris
endowing and inhabiting
I smile at the thought of us…

  1. What gorgeous words of hope--you can't turn away/new beginnings approaching...
It's true memory does return with spring green, the iris, the delicacy of buds and lacy leaves. Even the air is sweet.
I like " I smile at the thought of us...am smiling at the thought of you ayaz and you Peggy.
