Limerick--By Jack Horne--England

There was an old chap with a bugle,
He wasn’t a tightwad but frugal,
As he wanted to play
On his bugle all day,
He searched for free lessons on Google.

Jack Horne enjoys reading and writing poetry.

  3. Dear Jack, This is wildly funny! Sandra and I were laughing out loud. Good luck finding free bugle lessons on Google. My Dad was "tight," but he managed to learn how to play the clarinet, saxophone and harmonica on his own. You always make me laugh with your wit. Love, Carolyn Devonshire

  6. Awesome poem, Jack. I can understand this chaps reasoning. I too want to learn to play a couple instruments and with the cost of private lessons these days, Google and other Internet sites are at least worth exploring. Thank you for sharing this.
