Seeds of Hope--By Allan Ball--England

Seeds  of  Hope

Sunsets  shadows
setting  still
scattered  seeds
in  hope  fulfill

Serendipitous
fate  unknown
colourful  hues
in  breezes  blown

Left  in  faithful
expectation
natures  capricious
fascination

Fleeting flights
of  fantasy
tranquil fields
silent  reverie

Sunlit  visions
wondrous  scene
verdant  meadows
forever  green.

Allan Ball is retired, most of career was spent in the fiscal and financial world. He has several poems published in anthologies. He finds writing relaxing and enjoyable. He feels that the
written word allows our hearts to speak.

  1. Dear Allan
    Welcome to Whispers!
And thank you for this excellent debut poem; I look forward to more. Your opening stanza is compelling accentuated by a strong "s" alliteration sequence.
    Blessings,
    Michael
