Poetry--By ayaz daryl nielsen--United States

close, sultry afternoon
a windmill daydreams of its
rain-bowed multi-winged hero
flitting, scrabbling dragonfly

autumn’s shaved fields
geese eating leftover grain
dusk patiently waits
