Sunshine Song--By Scott Thomas Outlar--United States

Sunshine Song

Sitting here
I sing for you
a song of
morning sunshine,
chirping from
my little lungs
a yellow flower symphony.

Soon enough
your siren call
will echo
through the airwaves,
dancing with
a compass rose
to guide me home and nest.
