Haiku--By Ron C. Moss--Australia

mountain lake
the inner circles
of a raindrop

cherry blossoms
on the family picnic . . .
the colour of joy

cosmic dust
the feel of another’s pulse
on mine

breathless . . .
my fingers ripple
a star cluster

snowflakes settle
on scallop shells
lit by the moon

  1. Ron,your haiku are wonderful esp the last one.
    Best wishes,

  2. Ron I feel privileged to share your wonderful drops of visualization. Each of them touched me deeply and I had to re-read them numerous times. You had me feeling the air off a mountain lake to begin with and seeing the moonlight on the sea shore.

  3. Ron, your lovely imagery draws the mind to identify with each haiku gift. I loved all of them. Blessed holidays to you, Connie

  4. Ron,
While we are suffering a cold winter here in New York (US) you are enjoying a warm summer. Loved these especially the cherry blossom one, have seen those gorgeous.
    Your new friend,
    David Fox

  5. Looking forward to seeing more of you Haiku

  6. I enjoyed this immensely Ron, it tapers to a focus point; and also allows creations impact to break in and suffuse the whole picture..'
