On a winter’s night
Where moonbeams paste shadows
Across stretches of white…

ReplyDeleteYou've captured the scene perfectly, Bill
Jack, this is very pretty, especially like L-3. Enjoyed reading this very much.
ReplyDeleteDear Bill,
ReplyDeleteI can feel hear the quiet freshness of the new fallen snow and then maybe the echo of an owl.

Hi Bill
ReplyDeleteYour imagery is fresh and I love the unusual verb in relation to
the setting. Seems to transform the scene into a paper collage.
Thanks for a wonderful poem.
