Memories--By Jack Horne--England

Memories

I went to places where we’d been,
Recalling times and sights we’d seen,
Remembered kissing, holding hands,
Romantic walks on moonlit sands.
I thought our love was meant to last
And can’t believe I’m in your past.
I need your love, but have to see
You’re not here now, it’s only me…

Jack Horne enjoys reading and writing poetry.

  8. Dear Jack,

Loss is devastating. Only those who know it feel it's dagger. Hang in, there is nothing to do but live on.
