Special Feature Collaborative Poem--By Sheri Stanley and Dena M. Ferrari--United States

Magnificent Moon
(In Unique Triplets)

By Sheri Stanley and Dena M. Ferrari

Magnificent moon so mysterious
Quite mystifying
Electrifying

Mystic light reflects its powers on me
Tides sweeping ebbing
Orb of night setting

Alluring moon makes me delirious
My heart is racing
Sweet dreams are tracing

Moonbeams shine on me in the quiet night
Waves crashing the shore
Blessings I implore

Penetrate my dreams I become inspired
To a writer’s fire
Instill the desire

The moon and I combine our energies
Our thoughts intertwined
Our words are combined

    1. Hi, Lee - I apologize if I missed acknowledging your comments, hon. I guess I became lost in the shuffle! Lol! I love your wonderful comments and I thank you for being such a blessing, my friend! I will always and forever be "hung up on the moon" - blind-sided by the moon and totally mesmerized by its mystique and beauty, as we see it from here on earth. Thank you, Lee - hope all is well! 6. Thank you, Isha Wagner, for the following--

This is such a romantic vision of the moon which, if I had lived say a hundred years ago, would have enchanted me. I don't see the moon as mysterious or mystic any longer! but I wish I did. Sheri and Dena's words are stunning and create a longing for that which is unknown. Now, literally millions of planets to choose from or so it seems, with all the mysteries of the future still to come.

    Yours sincerely
    Isha Wagner

    1. Yes, and all of that, yet, the moon is so magnetic and will ever be great inspiration for love, love poems, stories of all kinds of imaginations! Your comments are so creative and even though its mystique has waned from your view, I think perhaps, there may still be just a teesny-weensy bit of it still in tact! Thank you, Isha! 21. Dear Sheri and Dena,
I can't tell who wrote which verses, but I love all of them. The moon affects the tides, our moods and often inspires passion and literature. You covered all of this so well in your words. Bravo!
    Love,
