Poetry Moments--Thomas Canull--United States

Poetry Moments

a new child arrives
Brahms lullaby is playing
...the world will go on.

flight of fantasy
hummingbirds dart to and fro
spring breezes return.

sound of waterfall
splashing water fills the air
muffled by the sound.

storm clouds gathering
teardrops falling like raindrops
nourishing my soul.

summer wind won't bend
its direction is its own
life becomes a kite.
