Haiku & Senryu--By Shloka Shankar--India

a goldfish circles
the same spot

between shadows the uncertainty of death

resting in the arc of a white lie

rain check
my planner comes up

  1. Shloka,
A great poem. Imagining a goldfish with Alzheimer's brought a smile to my face!
    Your friend,

  2. Nice haiku, Shloka. I enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing and continued blessings!
