The rain, the hope, the pain
Sunrays, laser beams of life,
glisten in the falling rain
raising the spirit of joy
Geodesic prisms disperse the rays
in rainbow colors of hope
Dreams of tomorrow reflected in light
shatter when impacting the ground
and the cold harsh reality of life
