Summer Rain
Dark
clouds fill the sky,
the
opening act for the
thunder
and lightening
show
waiting to take stage,
threatening
all the fixings
of
a fierce storm, until the
warm
air and sparkling light
arrive
with a change of plans,
ordering
a gentle summer rain.

Nice work Maurice,
ReplyDeleteI loved the way it was building to be fierce
when warm air made the change to gentle.
