A Question
Is the reason why
we are always
searching for answers
because we were created
from something less
and, over the ages,
have not achieved
the something more
we are yet to be?
Eleanor Michael has published poetry and short stories in a variety of venues.
Hmm. Interesting points you bring up, Eleanor. I wonder, too. Lots of depth herein and though the question or questions are very basic one(s), the artistic and creative ability of yours to express in the brevity of your words are very wise, creative and talented. Sheri / www.poetryandbeyond.net

ReplyDeleteReally a thought provoking poem Eleanor. I love thought provoking questions. I just happen to believe we were made to question for the very fact that there is always more we can accomplish. Thank you for this well written poem.
