Spring Greetings
(acrostic poem)
Sing a song of Springtime
Pad it out with fun
Reaching for the sunshine
Inside every-one
Gather the love of happiness
Greeting all today
Race for the joy of
Springtime
Enjoy the chance to play
Every-one basks merrily
Trades a massive smile
Intrepid optimists
Nature does beguile
Glad to have a lighter step
Season with such style.

Linda,
ReplyDeleteGreat in content and form. You made the acrostic form rhyme, which is not easy to do.
Your new friend,

Oh yes, you sure have a lighter step as shown through these spritely and flowing lines, Linda! Spring and joy are in the air! ~ All the best....paul
